Still they don’t drink it much, most people I’ve met find it disgusting. What they really like and works just like red bull, rockstar or another energy drink it’s the guarana (not the soda can, but the pill). I can say that it’s natural (unlike isolated taurine) and makes you feel like gym/sports/sex-superman…

I know Brazil and I can say the Amazon for brazilians is kinda like Alaska… A part of your country, still it’s a far and exotic place most people never have been and never will (even so their military would fiercely defend it from invaders, like Alaska would be). But even in the core of the country’s active economy in cities like Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte or Rio de Janeiro (which are very far from Amazon) an acai juice costs about $3.

Since this product has been introduced on the Oprah Winfrey show, why is it that we see no results of the product in/on her?

  8. bigdogb0bben123 on December 29, 2009 at 5:33 pm

$45 for a bottle of acai? Are they fucking high?

  10. europeblue on December 29, 2009 at 5:40 pm

Wow…seems like everybody here has an opinion however nobody has tried it or educated themselves about what not only seems to be… but actually is a superfood with tremendous healing properties with studies and research, it’s sorta like talking details about pregnancy…when you are a man…simply put, you don’t have a clue…I would take natural product any time over let’s say… Viox, and it’s not glocose water it is “glucosamine”, please educate yourself before you state your opinion !!!

  16. hcvang on December 29, 2009 at 7:52 pm

the amazon rainforest…. the very same place that greedy corporations is destroying.

seems pretty obvious to me that needs to fucking stop, since there are possible things inside that will help us…

They said Acai Berry, eighteen other fruits, and glucouse water are in the Mona Vie drink. If all fruits and sugar water are in equal parts then the 750mL bottle divided by 20 = 37.5mL of each part. Very little Acai in the bottle for $45 US.

  18. IPstixrawesume on December 29, 2009 at 8:46 pm

While I fully agree with what you said, I can’t help but ask if you’ve even tried the acai berry stuff. However, I don’t mean that saying that you ONLY do that. Maybe do what you did, but drink the juice also as sort of a supplement to your exercise. After all, acai is still a fruit.

  19. dulcebelluminexperti on December 29, 2009 at 9:44 pm

Stop eating the big burgers and drinking 2 gallons of soda in one sitting and drinking sugary coffee at Starbucks. Drink water, eat less processed food and you’ll see how your azz and the double chin starts shrinking. Drinking Acai and continue with bad eating habits is not going to help.

  20. dulcebelluminexperti on December 29, 2009 at 10:17 pm

This is why south americans think that we are so naive. There is a sucker born every day. $45 a bottle, what a rip of, you can by 400 galons of this in SA, they have been drinking this for a long time. Mona Vie my azz.

  21. lustyblow on December 29, 2009 at 11:08 pm

Does it really work. I want to loose some mass as well…

  22. suicidechickenshit on December 30, 2009 at 12:00 am

At $45 per bottle it’s VERY good for the person that sells it to you!

    Hi mhwolves,

the reason you are not seeing results is probably because you’re overtraining. Overtraining occurs when you complete over 5+ extensive workouts per week. It means that your body does not have a chance to recover from the exercise it has performed. Try 3 or 4 half-hour workouts per week at high intensity. This will keep your RMR (resting metabolic rate) high; ie as your body expends energy recovering post workout, this burns calories. Good luck

All right! Brazilian here. Açai lover, but, make no mistake, there´s nothing on it that will make you loose fat. It´s a powerfull energetic that one can use to exercise and get disposition naturally, but its recomended that you mix with something sweet, ´cause it´s very sour. Here, we take it with banana and natural guarana (also energetic), it´svery tasty, but it´s also very caloric. Not for fat people, but for active people, very active.

A lot of scams online but this one is the best because you can try it and if you don’t like it you don’t pay for it! They are the biggest online retailer. I lost already over 70 pounds in no time.
